Join Stone Barns Center landscaper and forager on a walk around the farm for a woody plant identification and foraging experience. Among the many plants we will discover on our walk are hazelnut, sugar maple, pawpaw, spice bush, shagbark and sweet birch. Learn about the ecological roles these plants play on the farm, how we market them in the store and use them in our kitchens, and how the chefs at Blue Hill use them in syrups, infusions, teas, tinctures and more.
