Limited Capacity full

In this workshop we will discuss and demonstrate several new tools recently developed as a direct result of collaboration with Eliot Coleman and the Slow Tools Group. We will discuss their back story, how they came to be and how they optimize efficiency for the small-scale or beginning farmer. This will be a hands-on interactive workshop, and the audience will be invited to personally try the tools out during the course of the talk.
