Limited Capacity filling up

You’ve kept the poultry healthy and alive, and now it’s time for the harvest. From readying for the processing to the bagging of the chilled carcasses, this hands-on workshop will cover the basics of harvesting poultry. Each participant will have the opportunity to kill, scald, pluck and eviscerate a chicken. Space is limited.
