Letterbox farmers, with Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (
NESARE) behind them, decided to put this claim to the test. During this session, our livestock manager will tell you what we discovered with a "glass walls" look into our entire operation. We'll start with the basics of how our system works, with an overview of what's involved in starting up a pastured rabbit operation, followed by an in depth look into the economics of best practices for rabbit production.
