Queen’s Greens, founded in 2010, is currently a 30-acre vegetable operation co-owned and operated by Danya Teitelbaum and Matt Biskup. Queen’s Greens specializes in year-round greens production and select vegetables and herbs for wholesale markets.

Stone Barns Center has invited experienced farmers from ten farms to lead in-depth roundtable discussions with small groups of beginning farmers on day one of the conference. Conversations will revolve around the histories and lessons learned from farmers who have successfully achieved, or are on track to achieve, their goals of economic viability and ecological resilience. Questions and free-flowing dialogue among table groups are highly encouraged.
