In this panel, participants share logistics, challenges and solutions for selling to large and small institutions. Learn more about the guidelines and requirements for selling to aggregators, food service operators or directly to institutions. Get tips and ideas for marketing and approaching distributors, institutions and schools. Hear about setting up a CSA or farm share with employees and/or parents and receive tools and tips for getting started.
